Unconfirmed and Rumored Weapons
(XX0)AN-94
The AN-94 was said to be in the game by someone who played MW3 at Gamescom.
More specifically, he said the "N-95" while admitting he's not sure what the name of the gun is, but he specified it was a burst weapon in Bad Company 2 with Squarish iron sights. That fits the description of the AN-94.
AUG/TAR-21
See this thread.
Black Arrow :
The M93 Black Arrow is a .50cal bolt-action Sniper rifle designed by Zastava which is in the game according to some people who played MW3 at Gamescom.
Desert Eagle :
Purely hypothetical, the Desert Eagle is known to be a fan favorite of the MW franchise, and was seen in both MW1 and MW2. It will probably return in MW3.
FAL :
The fusil automatique léger (literally meaning light automatic weapon) is an Assault Rifle which was featured in both MW2 and Black Ops as a semi-automatic weapon. It was seen in the Kotaku leak on some of the character models.
G3 :
On the Elite logo, a G3-looking gun can be seen.
KSG :
The KSG is a pump-action Shotgun designed by Kel-Tec Industries.
M14 EBR :
The M14 EBR, also called M21 EBR, is a semi-automatic Sniper Rifle originating from the USA with a 10 round capacity.
It is known for being very trigger-spam friendly, due to it's low recoil, nonexistent fire cap and high capacity.
M40 :
Once again purely hypothetical. It was said a lot of fan favorites were coming back and this is probably one of the biggest ones from CoD4. Plus, IW knows we love bolt-action rifles.
The M40 is a bolt-action Sniper rifle with an internal 5 round tube. It does a distinct firing sound and hopefully doesn't change much from MW1 to MW3.
Mini-Uzi :
An ''Uzi-looking gun'' was said to be in the game by someone who played MW3 at E3.
The Uzi-looking gun is most likely a Mini-Uzi due to it appearing in both MW1 and MW2.
MP412 REX :
Unlike the sound of it, the MP412 is actually a revolver.
It is unique as it is reloaded by breaking the barrel and ejecting the rotary magazine before inserting a new one.
It has a capacity of 6 rounds and fires the .357 magnum bullet, so expect high damage in-game.
P99 :
The P99 is a titanium-coated semi-automatic pistol.
P226 :
The Sig Sauer P226 is seen attached to the chest of the character model at the left.
This pistol combines damage, accuracy and good capacity.
RSASS :
The Remington Semi Automatic Sniper System (abbreviated as the RSASS or RS-ASS for short) is a semi-automatic Sniper rifle designed by Remington. It can hold either a 10 or 20 round magazine, although may very likely hold 10 rounds in game to balance it.
TAC-50
The TAC-50 was said to be in the game by some people who played MW3 at Gamescom.
It is an American bolt-action Sniper rifle which fires the .50 BMG cartridge.
